Produced by renowned Japanese saltwater big game angler Ichiro Sato (read Ichiro’s story in our “Big Fish Tales”), who has made many impossible things possible.
This specialized product is meticulously crafted to capture sizable Tuna successfully. It can be skillfully cast into (or around) the tumultuous fish boil, endure vigorous thrashing and the challenge of formidable teeth, emerging triumphant in the ultimate casting confrontation.
Constructed with:
- VARIVAS Avani Casting Shock Leader Maguro copolymer line covered with ultra-strong Zylon PBO fiber line
- High-quality SOUL’s brand BB Power Max Swivel (swivel end attaches to lure)
- ‘The 8’-shaped knot in the center prevents Zylon encasement around the core monofilament line from slipping.
Do not unknot. When ready to use, tighten down the ‘8’-knot to prevent line slippage.
Zylon PBO line provides double protection while not impairing lure action –
- 1.6 times stronger than the famously known “kevlar” material
- extra-resilient shock absorbancy adds backup strength to a tight leader line
- ultimate protection against sharp fish teeth
Available in 3 models:
- Standard “Shooting” model with longer Zylon-covered end section for strong protection when directly casting into a feeding frenzy fish boil
- The “Invited” temptation model incorporates a short 5 cm Zylon covered end for maximum stealth and invisibility
- The versatile “Multi” model has a 10 cm Zylon covered end segment for enhanced stealth and reduced visibility
